It's a baby girl for Aishwarya

A girl born in the star couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan in a private hospital here Wednesday morning.

The child, their first child, was born in Seven Hills Hospital. Mother and daughter were both doing well.


"It 'a girl!" Abhishek, 35, said micro-blogging site Twitter.com. He just said he wanted a daughter, who seemed to Aishwarya.


Proud grandfather of Amitabh Bachchan could not control his happiness and tweeted: "I AM Dada to the sweetest little girl, a Dada ji ... ecstatic."


Hospital sources said that the delivery was normal and got a few minutes before to 10. Bachchan and Rai families were present for the occasion.
